I ordered a dance floor was told it was in stock and would ship in a couple of days.The website also said it was in stock. I had not received a shipping notice and logged in to see the date had been pushed back. This was the second time it had been pushed back. I called the company and was told it was delayed for another 2 weeks, despite that date not being the date showing. A week late I got an email saying it was now delayed for a month. Rubber Flooring Inc. can't control their suppliers. But their customer service has been really poor. They told me it was in stock. They never notified me about the delay until I called. I called customer service to see about other products I could receive quicker, as their email said to do so.
The customer service rep was not at all helpful and off-putting. He clearly had been trained in customer service and was using the standard verbiage, but his complete lack of sincerity and disinterest was apparent. He didn't offer any viable solutions and I ended cancelling my order. During the call I mentioned that online it still showed it in stock and shipping (note other websites have the correct shipping dates) and he just deadpanned, " I'll let IT know".
I also discovered why their websites has such good reviews. I left an accurate review and it is not showing up on their website. So, they only have good reviews because they just do not put the bad reviews up.Oddly, i did find that discovery a little humorous. "

"Flex Nitro Garage tiles went down easily and look great. Our garage floor has two drains, so the floor slopes to each one. These tiles are flexible and settled into the contour of the floor perfectly. The biggest challenge was installing the "ramp" along the garage door side of the tiles. We received no instructions, but fortunately had laid the tiles with the male tabs out. The ramps are now glued to the tabs and the finished product looks great."
