"The rug arrived quickly, folded into a very small plastic package.
Upon opening it, the folds are quite deep. It has been lying flat for three days and the wrinkles have not come out. I have vacuumed it, turned it over for a day and a half, tried to steam it, to no avail. Eventually it will lie flat but could take a lot longer than I planned.
I wish that rugs.com, would roll the rug for shipping, instead of folding it.
The quality of the rug is good it's just the issue with all the folds. This is a round rug and I am not able to place it under my round table because of this.
