"I decided to look at Rugs.ca when a large furniture company I had ordered furniture from as well as a carpet let me down with their lack of customer service. I really enjoyed the online feature of being able to see the carpets in the actual room so that I would have a much better idea of how it would look. Once I had picked one, I realized that I wouldn't be available during the estimated delivery timeframe so I reached out to online Customer Service. I was matched up with Karl who answered all of my questions about possible return costs and also he was able to delay my delivery until I would be available to accept it. I also didn't want to miss out on the excellent discount that was being offered so I was able to get the carpet of my choice, at a great price and also to be delivered at a convenient time. It was honestly so refreshing to deal with a person in Customer Service who actually wanted to help me.

The company never even informed us of the problem. A second carpet is apparently on the way. Delivery date was confirmed to be today, July 3rd. Missed an entire day of work waiting for the arrival - no updates. Just checked the tracking...now only arriving Friday July 5th!!!

"I was really worried about ordering this rug after reading others reviews of not being true to colour from the site, problems with returns. I decided to bite the bullet and order anyway with the intention of selling it, if it wasn't the right colour. I'm happy to report that I will not be selling it as it's exactly as what I saw on the site! Delivery was extremely fast too! Like 3 days!"
