"Love our new rug. Love the app on your site to be able to position rug in our space to see what it looks like. The only suggestion to improve experience is when I was advised shipping would be on x date and then received subsequent that date changed to earlier date. I thought great. However the earlier date was just the underpad that arrived. I was concerned that the rug was left on the delivery truck. Through my inquiry it was confirmed rug to be delivered on the original x date and it was. Other than that I would give 5 stars. "

"this is our 3rd rug purchase from Rugs.ca and we could not be happier. We love that the colours have been as expected upon receiving the rugs / the sizing is bang on and product description is accurate.
Our latest large oval rug for the dining room doesn't lay quite as nicely as our 2 other rugs - but we expected it would be different as it has a low pile height (therefore lighter weight). We know that it will eventually relax.
we wanted a low pile as to not interfere with dining guest chair movement.

If you are on the fence about purchasing a new rug from this company - do not hesitate....you will be happy you did.

"I thought this would've been a quality purchase. The carpet arrived and you can literally see through it. I can see the backing through the shag. Very disappointing! Carpet of this quality would be about $100-200 while I paid almost $500. I am actually ashamed I made such a poorly informed purchase.

I like the rug. I find it to be darker than shown. I do realize not all screens display the same, it’s dark Olive green. I was expecting it to be lighter, brighter.
I also got the outdoor under pad which is fine. Cut well and a bit smaller than the rug size.
For the price, I am satisfied.
