"The carpet is poorly made, not round, almost 3 inches shorter on one side but can't even be called "oval" because it's lop sided. It is shipped rolled up in a plastic bag, can never become fully flat because the edges are uneven, they curl up, then down every few inches around the entire rim, so even if you are able (after several days of rolling the carpet the opposite direction) to get the main portion to lay flat, the edges remain uneven and 'ruffled'. Maybe if you have enough time to lay large, heavy rocks all around the perimeter, then maybe after a few weeks you'll finally be able to get it to lay flat ... but who has that kind of time?

It is obvious that this company does NOT care about the quality of its product, does NOT do any quality control and obviously does NOT care about the customer!"
