"I placed an order with RVinyl but received only some of the items and some wrong items. I emailed customer service in order to remedy the problem. I was met with disbelief and incomplete understanding. The Customer Service Representative did not check to see what was on my order when I told him I was missing items. I purchased 2 of an item but received 1, when I requested the second item along with some other missing items the Rep acted as if I had received those items. I was shipped the missing items however upon receiving them I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED. I am in disbelief that an online shopping experience was this terrible even in 2021! DO NOT BUY FROM RVINYL UNLESS YOU DON'T ACTUALLY WANT THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED!"

You should be ashamed. I was in a bind and needed the pieces I ordered, so ya got me once."
"I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I caught my mistake and contacted your company prior to my order going out. They wouldn’t let me change my order to the correct color. That was 2 days ago. My order still hasn’t been sent out, but they refuse to let me change the color. So, I’m going to get 50sq ft of the wrong color.

"i order the product and nwver get any tracking # , I contacted them about the status and they said it is back order for 4 days. as soon as I said please cancel the order ,they said they already ship the product so they cant cancel. When I check the tracking ,they only created label even after I told them to cancel. I request them to cancel many times but they still shil after 18 days . No phone # to contact and they will respond only if they like to and just to get the money from you .Get the same product from Grimco 5 times cheaper."

"On April 26th, I ordered a roll of vinyl and a roll of knifeless tape. I also added on a few of the small tools they offer when buying a roll of vinyl. On April 27th, I got an email saying my order was shipped out, complete with a tracking number. Tracking said it would be here on the 30th, which sounded right for three day shipping. And that package did come on the 30th, but what I wasn't told is that was only the package for the small hand tools that I bought with the vinyl. Well, the vinyl ended up coming on the 1st, but neither one of those packages included the knifeless tape. I emailed customer service. They told me the knifeless tape would be sent out in another package, and that I would get a tracking number when that happens. It is currently 9 PM on May 6th, and I have yet to receive such an email.
No clue when it'll happen. No clue why it's taking so long. There was no communication about any of this when it was happening, either. it would have been nice if I was told my order was shipping separately. It would have been nice if I was told why my tape wasn't sent out with the first shipment. Now I've got this roll of vinyl I can't use until my knifeless tape shows up, and my plans for the work are on hold indefinitely.
This was my first order from Rvinyl, and it will be my last."
