"The vinyl wasn't cut correctly, and it was also very thin and cheap. I had a professional shop try to install it and from the beginning they said its going to be hard to get the precut pieces to fit, they tried anyway and stretched it to the core and it ended up tearing. I requested a return label, along with a refund, of course. The response time of the customer service is tremendously slow and they are just running in place with it. Days at a time to respond to email. Poor, do not buy from this company. Beware"

"I rarely leave a negative review as I believe it's important to give a company an opportunity to address concerns. I purchased a vinyl dash kit. I unrolled it simply to check whether it would fit my car. It did not. I never removed a single piece of vinyl mind you. I simply rolled it back up and returned it in the same package in which I received it. Rvinyl will not refund my purchase price. They will only issue me a credit, which I do not need. I trusted RVinyl because they have an entire page on their site dedicated to a Customer Guarantee that allows returns, especially for fitment. Well, apparently not. Their products seem great and I have no issue with the quality. I just think it's sad that they go to extra lengths to suggest a hassle-free return policy but that's not what they offer."

"Website was great and easy to use. I've purchased the product in the past and was very pleased. Still waiting on my current order to come in so i can't speak to the current quality. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the slow shipping rate. My order was shipped a week ago and according to tracking, won't be in for another 10 days. 3 weeks is a bit much for some vinyl.
