So the company started off fine. Their products seemed to be okay however, I placed a second order and that is where the issues started.

I ordered three items in total - one of them being a dash kit. I took about a week but it finally arrived. When I opened the package, the dash kit was missing but the other two items were there.

I contacted them, via email, and received a response that they would send it out. Day by day I waited for a confirmation of shipment and nothing came. I emailed them everyday asking for an update. Finally, I submitted a "Contact Us" on their website in which Melinda called me the next day. I explained the situation and was immediately met with hostility. She stated that she was going to contact the warehouse manager because they weigh every package and that will that will determine if I actually received it or not. After a bit of back and forth, Melinda assured me that she would keep in contact. After a few more days of unanswered emails, I ended up just disputing with PayPal and getting my money back the next day. Which is good and bad but I'm super bummed because I actually wanted their products. However, this put such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not be ordering from them again.

I will say, the products they shipped me worked great and I like the look. So if you want to order from them, go ahead but be sure to purchase with Paypal and send follow up emails about your order.

"Ordering the wrong product should not result in a long drawn out process. I ordered a wrong item and noticed within 30min of realizing this tried to cancel but was told that i had to receive it then return it."
