"The screen guard had cris in it so it did not lay right.3"
"the case that i bought for my iphone 4 was very noticeably scratched on the inside and wasnt able to return it because the shipping to return it cost more than I bought the case for
very dissapointed"
"The worst...Sold me a defective Blackberry Charger which conked out only a week after the warranty expired.
I reached out to them and they basically said "Tough Luck"..unreal!
Wish I would have seen some of those negative reviews that I've now discovered for this place...
Buyer beware as your up there w/o a net when purchasing from this place."
"Bottom line: BEWARE--not a reliable supplier, in my experience--actions are not merely incompetent but dangerous.
Ordered a powered USB expansion port from SF Planet through Buy.com, got it and it didn't work on wireless mice and external hard drive with two different computers. Discovered that they had shipped (not in retail packaging) an expansion port with a /15V power adapter/ (USB power is 5V). I had not checked before plugging it in (who thinks to do this?), so I ended up with 2 fried mice dongles, 2 inoperative computers, and a hard drive from which I'm unable to recover thousands of images.
They sent a replacement for the original, but ignored my emails that asked for help and relief for the equipment that was destroyed.
IMO, sending a 15V adapter for a powered USB expansion port borders on criminal action, not just incompetence or carelessness. How did this happen?
Avoid this merchant!"
"Just another seller that doesn't actually have inventory before selling it. After several successful purchases from this seller, I ordered a commonly available item, and they cancelled my order due to it being out of stock. I checked right after they sent me this information, but they had not removed it from Amazon - still offerring it to another poor consumer who might think this was actually for sale. When did this become an acceptable way to do online business in the USA? I am giving them 3 stars because I had no problem with the other items I bought. BBBBbbbbbbooooooooo to you, SF Planet - learn to count inventory as well as you count my money that you collect."
"On Monday 08/15/11,I ordered 2 Energizer batteries for a grand total of $4.20 for both, postage included. Their arrival today (08/17/11)was gladly much sooner than expected
I could not ask for any better service or price consideration,(The price was about 150 percent less than retail.
I strongly reccomend SFPLANET along with AMAZON for any and all needs.

"I ordered a a ZAGG Invisible Shield for my Droid X (via Amazon)on July 25th received it on July 29 via standard USPS. I am in Southern MD. Original sealed ZAGG package with fluid, squeegee and instructions. Nothing to complain about so I'll give it a 5 rating."
"got exactly what I ordered @ an awesome price and recieved it really quick"
"Ordered a black case for my Droid..Fast shipping..great place to save money and get great customer service! Will order from this web site again!"
"Don't buy from these people. They marketed a new Mophie battery pack and quickly sent me an opened item. When I contacted them, they asked for a picture. I sent them a picture and then they repeatedly ignored me. What type of store has a policy of not accepting open items and then turns around and sells opened items to customers? Especially $100 cell phone batteries. "
"I Ordered a case and protective screen for ipad2 through buy.com. Great price and fast shipping. Item received as described. Would surely do business with them again."
"Do not buy from this company. I purchased a holder for my Samsung Epic Galaxy S from the Amazon web site. At the Amazon site I verified it was for the Sprint Samsung Epic Galaxy S. I added it to my cart, I confirmed it was for my Sprint phone. When I added it to cart, it stated Samsung Galaxy S and a code. Why would I have to Google that code to re-confirm it is for my phone. When I received holder, it was for a Verizon Galaxy S. I emailed them, get a message that I will receive a response within 2 days. 4 Days later they tell me it is my fault, they sent what I ordered. Couple emails back and forth and am essentially told, tough, we sent what you ordered. By time I would send it back, pay for another shipping, restocking fee (I opened it, thinking it was what I ordered), what would be left. Do not buy from this seller. I verified "before" I put item into Amazon web site."
"Inaccurately listed a headset as compatible with my cell model. Offered resolution after negative review."
"ordered an extra battery for my LG Voyager two days ago, recieved it today. WOW! very impressive..
Couldn't be happier, especially since I ordered an extra battery when I ordered my phone over a month ago and never got it from another seller.

"Company does not accurately describe purchase and what you will receive. They just stuck an invisible shield in an envelope without any instructions. Also no installation supplies included. Took 2 days to respond to me and they don't want to assist with anything, just refer me back to Zagg where you have to pay $4 more dollars to send another. Since when did postage for an envelope increase to $4? "
