"I ordered extended Google G1 Battery (Fosmon's 2200mAh Li-Ion Replacement Battery For Google G1) from buy.com which was fulfilled by sfplanet. the same day accidently i broke the phone. I sent 2 emails requesting cancellation of order on very next morning. The status was still showing "processing".
I did not receive any response from them. On third day i received notification that they sent my item. this is ridiculous. they don't share phone to contact and don't check their emails on daily basis. very aweful. no customer service at all. Now I am sure they are gonna ask me to pay for return shipping and 25% restocking fee. I am making their complaint to Paypal.com through which I made the payment.

I ordered the same thing back in December as well as a soft cover for my kid's Samsung Solstice phone. I was quite happy with both transactions.
Maybe not high-dollar items but each time the items came in within the time frame (I think 8 days the first time, 10 days the second time by using regular ground shipping). No problems with the orders."

Would I be willing to buy from them in the future probably not since I only ordered a case I was contemplating buying a bluetooth headset for the one that was stolen from my car, but decided against it by reading the negative reviews.
The leather was very nice and it definitely is a nice replacement for my Innoculate metal case that this is replacing and for a lot less money. Always go paypal if you can makes the process of disputing any thing you purchase a lot easier.
I usually am weary about places that have poor customer service and ship their products late.

"I purchased a case for my mobile device from SFPLANET.com. The item arrived and it is exactly what I wanted. After reading reviews - I wondered if I would ever get the item that I ordered, if it would be brand new, and authentic. Seem to be just fine!
However, the customer service is lacking. There is no phone number available, I had to do a 'who-is' on their domain name to get a #. The person answering the phone explained why they dont publish the phone #. A crock if you ask me. She indicated that the item would ship the same day (after my call apparently) and that I would get a tracking # via email. I did not receive an email. I had to check back to get a #.
I did receive the item and it looks fine but the customer service is questionable. "
"I received a cell phone battery ordered from SF Planet on Amazon.com. The correct OEM batter arrived but it is NOT in new condition. It was in a plastic bag, not retail or OEM packaging. The battery would barely hold a charge for over 48 hours. My 3.5 year old battery lasts longer than this 'new' battery from SF Planet. I got a retail battery to replace it and it lasts over 5 times as long as the 'new' battery from SF Planet. I am returning for an RMA but they are going to charge 25% 'restocking' fee on a defective, used product. Buyer beware."

"I never dealt with this place before. I placed an order on Amazon.com and it was fulfilled by SFPLANET.COM. I order 1 item, an HDMI cable to connect my new digital camcorder to my TV. The cable should have a standard HDMI connector on one end and a 'mini' connector on the the other end, for the camera. I paid extra to have it expedited. It arrived within timeframe expected, however, it is the wrong item. There is no mini connector on one end, so unfortunately it is totally useless. It was the only item on the order. They are batting 0 out 1000 at this point."
