"Slow to ship. Poor packaging. Tracking number was useless. Wrong item shipped. No phone number to contact. Replacement although promised never arrived. They couldn't have done more wrong and their communication was SLOW and unresponsive. They couldn't have cared less about resolving the problem.

"I just received my product from sfplanet. While it did arrive in a timely manner, it is the entirely wrong product. I was supposed to get 3 screen protectors to fit my Droid and I got one that does not even come close to fitting. I'm not sure its even worth it to go thru the trouble of returning it when it only cost 1.50, but Im frustrated that I have to order them again (from another merchant) and wait more time that the screen could be getting scratched."

Finaly, yesterday it arrived (March of 24th), they made a mistake and used postal address of another customer.

Shipped outdated products manufactured in May 08 whose batteries would not accept a charge then would not refund the shipping charges nor pay to ship the items back to them. "This is the email that I sent SF Planet:I received an email from SF Planet on Jan 5th stating that my order had been shipped by USPMI, however, when I tried tracking the package with the tracking number (9434.....) provided by SF Planet, there is no information on this tracking number; so, I called USPMI and as of tonight 01/10/11 6:50 pm they don't have any information neither. I have purchased two EVO phones and have not activated them, because I am waiting on the cases that I ordered from you so that the phones will be protected. I would like to hear from you as soon as possible concerning this matter, because there was other companies that I could have ordered from, but, I choose your company thinking that I would get my order in a timely fashion, and right now that seems not to be the case. As of today,Wed 12th at 12:07 noon I have not heard from them, and I called USPMI again this morning and they still don't have any info. pertaining to the tracking# SP gave."
