"I had a great experiencia with She simply shops support Team. I ordered a coat that unfortunately did not fit me as I expected. I got in touch with the support Team through an e-mail explaining my dilemma and asking their authorization for a refund. They asked me to send them a picture showing the shoulder, arms, breast and lenght's measures what I complied.
They immediately send me a paid postage to return the item, what I did and today I received their notification that they refunded the total amount.

"I never write any reviews, but I am beyond frustrated!!! I ordered a dress (a size larger) and it still did not fit. Within my 30 day window I emailed them asking for information on returning it. They offered that I keep it instead and they'd issue me a 25% refund. I explained that it didn't fit and that I wanted 100%, they then offered to send me an XL (I am a size M). I have been going back and forth with them for almost a week just trying to get the address to send this dress back. I am going to call my credit card next to file a complain."

"I ordered a pink coat, it is way to small. When I asked for return instructions they told me to take a picture of it on me and send it to them. They tried to give me store credit and a 10% discount if I kept it. I have never dealt with any company like this and I order 99% of my purchases online. I am 62 years old and have never ever come across any company with this poor excuse for customer service. I've reported them to my credit card company several days ago, the Better Business Bureau is next and I would like to block them from doing business in the United States."

"I ordered a leather jacket that took 65 weeks to get to me. No wonder! It came from China including all of the shipping labels in Chinese. The jacket was supposed to be a large....yeah a large in a child's size! I wear a size 8 and I couldn't even get the sleeves on past my elbow. They insisted that I take photos to prove the size issue. When they finally decided to give me a refund, I had to send it BACK to China!!!! "Ordered taxedo for my son for an occasion. Big mistake. The company muscarades as based in Texas, but once you place the order you realize that it's a Chinese company. Three weeks later,my son is yet to receive his taxedo. When we follow up, the company is simply rude and says" we are not a postal service". My son's occasion is next week. Now looking for plan B. "I ordered a black bathing suit in size Medium and the measurements were the exact same as another bathing suit I have, so I thought it would fit perfectly. Not only did the bathing they sent have a completely different style in the back than the one I had bought for $63.47 (after discounts), but it was also incredibly small. I checked the tag and it was a medium, however, I took measurements and it was very different than advertised. The bust was advertised at 80-85cm (31.5-33.5in), the waist was advertised at 61-67cm (24-26.4in) and the hips were advertised at 80-88cm (31.5-34.65in). When I measured the bust, waist and hips in both inches and centimeters, it came out to 60cm 52cm 66cm (24in 21in 24in). So that means that the bust was 20-25cm (7.5-9.5in) less than advertised, the waist was 9-15cm (3in-5.4in) less than advertised and the hips were 14-22cm (7.5-10.65in) less than advertised.

There is unfortunately no phone support, so I had to message them everyday for about a week now and they’re being very slow about responding. Even after showing tons of pictures of the style being different and pictures proving the measurements are very different, they only will give a 30% discount or will refund it, but I’d have to pay the return shipping for their 2 major mistakes. Any other company that has made a mistake like this has either paid for the return shipping and gave me the choice of shipping to me what I had originally wanted it, while others let me keep what I had received and sent out a new one. So definitely don’t buy from them as this is a complete scam."

"I ordered A medium Kelly green swim suit on April 10th 2019, I received a large black and white swimsuit totally different from what I ordered May 8th 2019. The size large was made to fit a baby. Therefore if I did received the medium of which I order only a new born would have been able to fit it. I've emailed them requesting a full refund. I was told you could only receive a full refund 30 days after purchasing. I received an incorrect order two days before it made 30 days (scam). I was offered a 30% refund and I was responsible for returning the wrong item that I did not order. I refused their offer and demanded a full refund and a return shipping label. I won't hold my breath on it because I'm sure that day will never come. They are taking people money without remorse. If I could sue this company for $40 I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!"
