Very poor quality and service.

"Received a coat for Christmas. Size was not true. 2 to 3 sizes smaller than it should be. Poor quality. Paid for shipping coming and returning. Very hard time getting approval for returning item. Could never speak with a human. Very poor customer service, asked for a phone number several times, like 6 or 7 times. No number given. Store credit given, nothing for plus sizes. Now I am stuck with a store credit. Beware! "

Sizes misrepresented. Refund policy ridiculous.

"I received 2 kimono style long, dusters/long jackets/ timely. As with another complaint by another customer, I ordered a 3x, which is typically a bit too large for me in the shoulders. I could barely get my shoulders into these items. The size was 2-3 sizes smaller than a 3x. Then I reviewed the return policy; which is ridiculous. They do not refund when they misrepresent the size, as they have done. Review the policy, and you can see what they are doing. Items were shipped directly from China. This company is not dealing ethically with consumers."
