When it arrived, it came from China and it was supposed to be a down jacket. it had barely any filling at all, it was paper thin, and I doubt it was actually down. I ordered a Women's XXL just to make sure it would be big enough, yet it was similar to children's size clothing and the sleeves were 3/4 length. when I contacted them about a return, they asked me to take pictures of the item with a measuring tape and submit to them before they will consider a return. They also required a restocking fee which is not included in their return policy online. They also require you to pay for your own shipping back to China.
