No service bad communications
"Still have not received my order. No problem with online order. No problem indicated with the confirmation sent. After a couple of weeks I signed on and learned the product is back ordered. What makes that worse I am paying and inflated shipping cost to get the product. So I paid a lot of money to not get my product. Lousy communication, high shipping, and lousy customer service. No product as ordered. Not happy."
