"This seller absolutely sucks! I purchased a Case with a 400W Power Supply. After, building a system for the second time, I decided to try a different power supply, and WOW! it worked just fine. I called the company and found out that their Replacement Policy is only for 30 days, and it has now been near 45 days since the initial order. After speaking to them for about 20 minutes and 2 return phone calls, they state that I have 2 options; first-to ship the defective unit and pay shipping both ways going back and the replacement coming back or second to just purchase a new power supply from them and not return the defective unit at all. I did not agree with their options and I told them, that I would gladly pay for shipping to them and that they could send the replacement unit on their nickel, they refused that option, so I told them to stick it in their ear and that I would go somewhere else to purchase a working unit."

"Purchased a 450W power supply on Pricewatch.com. Advertised price was $7, SP Computers charged me $12. Called them, they said that I have to buy 50+ units to get that price look at details of ad. Here are details copied from ad:

-HOUSE BRAND SP POWER SUPPLY 450WATTS GOOD QUALITY 1PC 12,10 FOR11.5 50PC11
According to this 50+ will only get a price of $11. Regardless of details the advertised price was $7. They said I could cancel the order and return the part (it was already shipped) but at my expense. Luckily I only got burned for $5. I am leaving negitive feedback on Pricewatch.com, here, and anywhere else that I can warn honest consumers about these crooks.

Recvd part in timely manor but still angry about the lack of customer service and fraudulent pricing scheme.

"THERE IS A RESON WHY THESE JERKS HAVE AN AVERAGE OF 1.44 ON RESELLERRATING. The WORST! reseller in the world !!! I placed my order, online 3-4-2004. Turn around time was listed at about 10 days. Couldn't keep track of my order, since there web site was never up and running right. Trying to get through on the phone was usless. Finally, on the day is was to be shipped, I get an automated phone message saying that it would be another 4 weeks. What a waste of time! Communicating with them was so bad, that the only way I could cancel the order, was through there on line forum. I wouldn't recommend these scammers to anyone for any reason, STAY AWAY!!! "

"We purchased an external USB hard drive from SP computer due to their low prices.
We received damaged merchandise due to unprofessional packaging (no peanuts, bubble padding, etc).
It took them several weeks for them to send us a replacement power adapter because they would not send us one until Fedex refunded them for it. When we finally received a new power adapter we realized that not only was the power adapter damaged, but the USB enclosure wouldn't work either.
They would not allow us to return the product based on their refund policies, even though it was their fault that we couldn't even test the merchandise until our "warranty" ran out.
Now we are stuck with an over-priced working iternal IDE hard drive and a broken USB enclosure.

This company has bad return policies, awful customer service, they try to cut costs on shipping, etc.

"Do business with them at your own risk! Ordered $30 Bytecc external hard drive case from them. They substituted and shipped another hard drive case without my approval. The packing list did not match the contents of the package. The packing list said "Bytecc", what was in the box was a "JPAC" case. When I called them, they said the Bytecc case was backordered and that what they sent me was better. I said, but this looks like the $25 model on your website. They said, it's got a later chipset and we haven't put it on the website yet. For $5 am not going to waste anymore time with them. But I will never order from them again. "

"I ordered a 17" Flat screen "Samsung" Moniter from this Fraud Company. First of all, it took 4 weeks to come in and I paid for 3-5 days shipping. They sent me a piece of junk no name that didn't even work and looked nothing like the one I ordered. This was suppose to be a present for Christmas. They would not replace. I paid for Samsung, they sent me something that wasn't worth $2. I had to pay for shipping again to send it back. I called looking for credit and they said my account expired in their system but no one called me to tell me. Then they said they couldn't give me a refund because the post office wrote on the box. It took 35 days to credit my account. They did not credit for shipping. What they advertise is not what they ship. I called consumer affairs and this company and it is being investigated. Sp's customer service barely speaks english and does not know what they are talking about. Had to talk to owner and she was extremely rude and tried to belittle me.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST FRAUDALENT SO CALLED COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!! CROOKS!"

"Horrible customer service! Shipping took much longer than what I paid extra for. (1-2 day Fed. Ex.) took 25 days to arrive! Product did not come formatted (paid extra for this service).
Conversations with company Reps. were very rude. Dishonest claims were made concerning shipping details. Very poor documentation (instructions) for product purchaced. Will not do business with again.

"Sales rep told me they had stock on 2 hard drives I wanted to pick up. She made plans to meet me 15 minutes before they open to sell me the hard drives.
I showed up exactly on time (15 minutes before they open), and waited until 10 minutes after the time she told me they open. Not only was the salesperson not there, no one showed up to open the business.
I drove home, phoned her, and asked her where she was. She told me that another salesperson sold the rest of their hard drives the day before.
She said she didn't show up to meet me there, because she had no hard drives to sell me, so didn't see a reason to show up. So, she left me waiting for almost 30 minutes, and driving around, because she didn't want to talk to me about not having the product.
I ended up having to purchase (for about $15 more per hard drive) from another company, wasting $30 and a lot more of my time.
