"Since I first received the computer, I have had problems with it. Multiple calls to Cyberpower technical support have yielded response times of 2-5 days. They offer 24/7 support, but I have only one time received an answer then I have called their technical support number. The rest of the time (and there have been a lot) I have only reached a recording that asks me to leave a message and they will call me back. I have left many messages, and only receive a call back after 4 or 5 messages over the course of 2-5 days. This does not feel like 24/7 customer support.
I have sent many e-mails, and only receive a reply to every third or fourth e-mail. The rest are totally ignored.
This computer has *never* performed up to specs (rebooting 2-3 times per week, unless I run it on half the memory it shipped with) and their support is unresponse. I have requested a refund on this computer several times (including during the 30 day period) and the request has been ignored every time."
"Sales rep told me they had stock on 2 hard drives I wanted to pick up. She made plans to meet me 15 minutes before they open to sell me the hard drives.
I showed up exactly on time (15 minutes before they open), and waited until 10 minutes after the time she told me they open. Not only was the salesperson not there, no one showed up to open the business.
I drove home, phoned her, and asked her where she was. She told me that another salesperson sold the rest of their hard drives the day before.
She said she didn't show up to meet me there, because she had no hard drives to sell me, so didn't see a reason to show up. So, she left me waiting for almost 30 minutes, and driving around, because she didn't want to talk to me about not having the product.
I ended up having to purchase (for about $15 more per hard drive) from another company, wasting $30 and a lot more of my time."
