Seamless Experience
"I’m building a gaming rig and of course need a chassis to house everything in. I like the Fractal Design options on SabrePC and many were in stock. Prices were good and some had free shipping. I ended up going with a Focus G mid-tower. Email communication was good: 1st for order confirmation, 2nd for shipment confirmation and 3rd for delivery confirmation. They ship from CA, which is where I’m at so I got my order in 3 days from when I placed my order. Item arrived undamaged so all is good. Time to get my gaming on. Woot woot."

Super Convenient
"I live very close to a physical Home Depot so I went online to see if they had the light bulbs I was looking for, which they of course did. I was ready to go out and purchase them but lo and behold, they offered a free shipping option. You telling me I don’t have to get into my car, drive out there, find parking, walk through the parking lot, go through the aisles, wait in line to pay and make the journey back to my house, and instead have it simply dropped off right at my doorstep…for FREE? You bet I’m taking advantage of that. Of course I couldn’t get my light bulbs right away but it wasn’t an emergency and delivery was in 2 days, which was acceptable for me. The checkout process was straightforward and there was regular email communication as to status of my order and shipping, down to when it was delivered. I feel that’s how all orders should be handled."

Had What I Wanted
"The big online retailer named after a river didn’t have the stock I wanted nor any pistol grip at all. The outdoors retailer named after a fish had those items but wouldn’t ship the pistol grip to my address in commie CA. In come Optics Planet and they had both items I wanted and had no problems shipping to me in CA. Price was reasonable and shipping was free. Package arrived undamaged and on time. Items fit my rifle as the description said it would. I’m a happy customer."

"I was a little skeptical of Jomashop at 1st but after looking them up on several forums they seemed legit. I bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer for half the price of retail during a Deal of the Day special for it. I received it on a Friday even though they originally estimated I would receive it on Monday so that was also a nice treat. I then brought it to my local watch repair shop and they assured me it was definitely authentic so that was an even bigger sigh of relief. All in all, great experience with Jomashop and I will definitely buy from them again."

"I placed my order one week ago today and have not received the product yet. According to the tracking number I was provided, however, it was shipped out 2 business days after I placed the order and should arrive by end of tomorrow.
***Update*** The TouchPad ended up arriving 8 calendar days after order placed and in great condition. I am happy they were ultimately able to fulfill my order after my original order was canceled when the TP firesale was 1st announced."
