"I received my box, with everything just shoved and crambed in it. The shipping paper, receipt, return address receipt, were just smashed up, rolled and twisted, to the point I couldn't even use the return label if I needed too. Your shipping department and preparation of my product deserve A VERY VERY POOR RATING. As for getting my product in a timely matter, GREAT. I explained to the representative, that my product was in Great Condition, and received very quickly. Will order again from Safety Girl. My major complaint was, the invoice, return label, were wrinkled up, twisted up, and unable to use if needed to return. The packaging was if someone thought the box was a trash box and just threw papers away. No other problems with Safety Girl at all! "

"This is my second pair of safety boots and I absolutely love them! They are a terrific value and they hold up! The only thing I could help with is the sizing...I'm a women's size 5 and I had to return the boots twice because they were too small. I ended up with a women's size 7. I also ordered the smaller safety glasses and they are great. Fit very nicely to my small face."

When an order is placed with us, we place an authorization on the card to make sure the funds are available before we process the order. Once this is done, then we charge the credit card. The authorization does eventually fall off of the card. I would recommend contacting your bank so they can remove the authorization from your card sooner.
