"I ordered two Kimber Pepper Blasters from Safety Girl for myself and my wife. I ordered them 4/4/12 and the order was shipped 4/10/12. Not exactly what I call fast but I was OK with it because the price was right. Now it is 4/15/12 and the tracking hasn't been updated since the 4/10/12 where it says "Shipment Accepted." This may be a USPS problem but I am disappointed that it took so long to ship and now this. I am just not sure I will feel confident in using them again, although their feedback seems constantly positive.
Update* Safety Girl responded both through this site and with a call. They stated that they were closed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday before Easter, explaining the delay. (Wish I worked somewhere that gave that many days off for Easter) Then the delay after it was shipped was purely USPS problem. It basically sat in transit until it popped up a week later. I changed the rating to 4 stars and say with confidence that they are an ethical company. I guess I just wish they stated on their website when they are going to be closed for an unexpected time. After all this I may shop locally next time..."
