ORIGINAL REVIEW: Took them 7 days from date of order to ship in-stock item, which didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I ordered product from several other on-line stores, and all the others were able to ship within 2-3 business days of order. I telephoned customer service several times (they were nice), but they weren't able to determine the shipping status. I finially received the product intact.

"Ordering process was good. However time to actualy ship order was extremely slow, order status was not updated in a timely fashion. Prices are good, but order followup leaves a lot to be desired."

"Everything went well with the order except that after I ordered my product I found out that it could not be shipped to NY State. It would have been nice to tell the customer up front that it could not be processed and why before taking the order."
