"I made my order on Jan 3rd and on the website it said the shipping department would be closed the 3rd - 6th, which I was fine with. I still didn't think it would take until today the 17th to receive my 3 item order. Nevertheless, I would order from Safety Girl again, hopefully it won't take as long to ship. "

"My experience with Safety Girl was excellent! A product I had ordered was on back order and they called me immediately for an alternative. The pink safety boots are feminine, much better than the boots that look manly. I referred many of my coworkers, friends, counterparts to your site for all their safety needs!"

"I had placed this order as a gift for my girlfriend. 3 or 4 days later, I receive an email stating the the order had been cancelled. After calling to find out why, I was informed that the billing address I had provided for my credit card did not match with the card. I can understand that. However, you would think that someone would have called me so I could have corrected the mistake so my girlfriend would have received her gift for Christmas. ALSO, Safety Girl STILL charged my card even though the billing address didn't match!! Why didn't they finish processing the order for delivery?? The way it worked out, she didn't get her gift because I was notified too late,(as well as to the circumstances WHY it was cancelled), and Safety Girl lost a possible returning customer as well as this wonderful review and NOT recommending them to anyone else! "

"The order made it by Christmas although I was wondering it got here on the day before wich was great. we had some trouble with the loading of the gun. we ended up wasteing one of the water cartridges and even one of the mace cartridges they started squrting when we closed the gun mace one was extremly dangerous we never did figure out what the problem was the next water and mace catridges worked great "
