"The item I ordered was not in stock. I received a phone call, (not an email), explaining that the item was on back order and that it should be back in stock the following week. One week later I received another call stating that the item would not be back in stock for a few months and then the representative "went shopping" with me online to find another item to fit my needs. I could not find a similar item in the same size or price range. Once this was determined the representative gave me a full refund. All though I still don't have what I needed, I was pleased to have been informed and helped to every extent. The only negative thing I can say does not reflect on Safety Girl, but on Dickies and the fact that small sizes are uncommon in functional working apparel. Small women work hard too! I will most likely order from Safety Girl in the future."

"After waiting for the delivery 1 week, I received a call and email that order will not go through because my address was wrong from the credit card. My address was not wrong and they could have easily cleared it up. This is the first time I ever had a problem with a company like this and I don't like the way they handled it. I did not renew my order with them because they should have called me sooner if there was a problem and cleared it up."

“I am showing that the order that was placed with us the billing information did not match want the issuing bank had on file for that card. As a security measure for our customers, we can not accept an order where that information does not match what the bank has on file.

We did call and email you before canceling the order.”

"Not good. I placed an order for a jacket on a Tuesday. The following Monday the order still had not even shipped. I called to see what was going on. The woman I spoke to basically said this-"Oh yea. That item has been discontinued. We'll get you a credit in a few days." I feel like that ball was dropped big time on their part. "

"They called to say that one item was out of stock, so the entire shipment would be late. Then we hear nothing at all from them for weeks. I called them to check on the status of the order and they tell me my order has been cancelled because my credit card received a "high fraud alert" - whatever that means… I use this card all the time. - but DID NOT communicate AT ALL that the order was cancelled. Just left us waiting and waiting... this was supposed to be a gift. What a ridiculous operation they are running! LEARN TO COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WON'T HAVE ANY. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

Note the attitude in the response...
You guys did not call, or maybe I wouldn't be complaining about lack of communication. I called you.
I am happy to take my business elsewhere.
