"My order was cancelled and I was never notified. This was a Christmas present. We waited and waited for the gift to come in the mail. We celebrated Christmas on the 29th of December as my daughter was studying in Egypt this semester and was just coming home. This was a gift that she was really hoping to get and I had to go digging through all of my receipts and get on line before I discovered that this order was cancelled because you all were out of the item. A courtesy e-mail should have been sent out at the very least but most certainly a phone call should have been made to me telling me of the problem. "

It took three days to find outhit was out of a stock which also landed on a Sunday so I couldn't order it and get it sent from someone else. I asked for y'all to let me know if you could get it out by the Tuesday before Christmas and y'all waited till that Friday to tell me my order was canceled there was no sorry or personalized response and I can't find a credit on my account for my refund."

"I ordered 4 mace guns, 5 holsters and one runners mace. My husband had ordered 2 more from a different site and he flipped when I told him mine were 17.00 cheaper each. These were gifts for our 4 adult children and one of the 4 is the runner and we gave my 78 year old Dad and Mom one.
