"I ordered a pair if steel toed boots. The money came out of my account but I never received a confirmation email so I called customer service. The first Lady I talked to was very rude. She was not helpful at all and acted as though I was the problem. She told me that my order would be the in 2 to 3 weeks which is not what I thought I had agreed to. I thought they were going to processes my order and ship it in a few days. She informed me I was wrong and that was not how they did it and would resend the email which I can track my shipping with. I would have been ok with this if she hsd not been so rude and full of attitude. Hung up and waited for my email. Did not receive that email so I called back. This lady was more helpful she repeated the email to me which was already right. She apologized and said the only thing she knew to do was to send it for a third time. I asked about shipping and she was unsure. I asked if she could check and see if someone had to sign for the package or could it just be left and of again she did not know. She was very nice but not very helpful. I still don't have a confermation email. Still don't have an answer and of corse the boots won't be here until two weeks after I need them. I don't have an order number or anything cause I never got my email.
It is now the 12th at 8:45 and I have still not received my package.
I got my boots this morning and a phone call soon after. It was a very helpful lady from safety girl. She apologized for the incovenance and refunded my shipping. She explains how the shipping worked and everything. She was very nice and respectful. After dealing with her I may actually order from safety girl again. I feel a lot better about my order."

"My order took longer to ship than I would have liked, and the box was very beat up by the time it was delivered. That being said, the product was fine when I opened the box. When I emailed the company expressing concerns about how long it was taking for my product to ship, I received a prompt and polite response from one of their customer service representatives. I would order from them again."
