"Very good support that answered very fast even though there is a major timezone difference. They even let me change the delivery address at the last minute free of charge which was very nice. However, there was import tax to pay (China to EU): 20€ for an 80$ order, but this to be expected for wares from China, so no problem.

Another problem is that Gmail will put all of sainsmart's shop system's mail to the spam folder while the support email come to the mailbox. Buyers check your spam folder! "

"The oscilloscope arrived within a few days of purchase and was up and running perfectly within a few minutes.
I was very surprised by the quality of the product and the fidelity of the software. The interface was intuitive and sufficient to do the job, it was very clearly laid out in the style one would expect from a more expensive full sized scope.
The only problem I could find was the instructions did not clearly show the user how to transfer the software to their computer and set up an icon for quick and easy access to the user interface.
This oversight aside, the product is extremely good value for money in the portable oscilloscope market.
I will definitely be using Sainsmart as my first option for electronic products from now on.
