"My experience of shopping at Sammy Dress was really excellent. Before the purchase, I could see previous costumers' pictures of themselves using the purchased dress, so i could actually see how would the dress fit on regular people, not just on models, witch helped me a lot to make my decisions. Thanks to that, after the dresses were delivered, both the dress fit on very well on me and looked great. Besides that, I have been comparing, and Sammy Dress basically always has the best price. So I would totally recommend the website for everyone, and I am definitely shopping again at Sammy Dress."

"I ordered a top on May 3, 2015. Only after paying, on May 4, 2015, did they tell me the shipping would be a ridiculous 30 days.
So I waited 30 days and nothing. They do not have a customer service email and the phone number is busy all the time. They only have an online complaint form, which I filled out on: June 6, 7, 8, 9, 28, 29, 30, July 7, 8, 9, and 14. Only HALF of those received responses (despite their claims that they respond to all queries in 24 hours or less). At first they told me to check the mailing address then the post office (which I did). There was never any product. The last message they wrote to me, on July 9, they said that it "appears" that the item "disappeared" in the mail and they could only offer me a 50% refund - but even that they did not do!
I have been contacting them every day but to no avail.
This website is a SCAM! And they should be shut down so they can stop doing this to other people."

"I am very disappointed with sammydress. I ordered different items in bulk for my store and was very disappointed to know that half of my items were damaged! i did not even receive my whole order and it has been two months since i ordered. the sales rep returned SOME items which were still damaged!!!! I messaged him every week with no response for a month! then he finally responded saying that he resent the items! they do not read your query properly and take you around in circles! They refuse to send the other items that i did not receive! I will NEVER order in bulk from sammy dress again!!! highly stressed and disappointed!!!! Later down.......Sammydress sent an email talking about refund when I sent all the pictures for all the broken items it came up to 1,000 USD WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE ITEMS THAT WAS A HUGE DISSPPOINTMENT! Only to say you guys can only refund me 100 USD?? That's your big refund??? Guess I have to count my losses! "I have had a bad experience with Sammy Dress. I called their U.S. Number to ask them to cancel my order but NO one has answered my call. I've called well over 10 times. I have also sent them multiple messages and they aren't answering. I think they have very nice looking clothing and cheap prices but their customer service is awful "
"I ordered a bathing suit in April of 2015. I received a confirmation email which said that the item was being shipped. After 4 weeks I followed up with customer service and explained the situation. They kept asking me to wait 10 days and see if it would come. It is now July 13, 2015 and half way through the summer and I still have not received a refund or the bathing suit. In the meantime I ordered a similar suit in a different color from Rosewe.com and paid for the expedited shipping and had the bathing suit within a few days. Sammydress has been awful to deal with, the plus side? At least it was a small amount of money that I paid for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
UPDATE: They did refund the money from the item I purchased in April 2015 and never received. They apparently respond quickly to posting on this website versus contacting their customer service directly, since I posted on 7/13/15 and finally received the refund on 7/17/15 although I was getting nowhere by speaking directly with their customer service from May 2015 to July 2015. They also stay much more on top of asking you to update your review on this site then tracking your order so my advice would be to come straight here and post your concerns if you are not receiving what you paid for! "
