"SammyDress is a good website, however, shipping is too slow, my stuff took about 10 months to arrive, and the other didn't even arrive, but they paid me back for that. So, problem fixed. :)
The tech support and customer service is pretty good, keeping in mind that English might not be their first language :P other than that, I've had pretty good results ordering from SammyDress, people say that the sizes are small, but i had my dress a S size and still too big D:

"Very bad experience. Dresses were declared "sold out" after I placed my order. The whole order process is confusing. I didn't understand the process at first, and needed to cancel and re-do an order (you order first then have to go back and manually submit a paypal payment to them; I inadvertently placed the first order because it never asks for payment info or has you verify your order), then when i redid my order, it would no longer allow me to apply my 10% first time customer discount. I e-mailed them about this and they never replied. So I finally created a new account and started over. Then shipping is super expensive, and it took 3.5 weeks to arrive (they ignored my e-mails request information in regards to my order's whereabouts." Then my order arrived incomplete (but I had still paid for it). I sent ANOTHER e-mail about this and it, too, was ignored. So I finally called and they informed me the dress had sold out, so I had to ask them to refund me (which should have been automatic), and now I'm waiting to see if that actually happens (which I am skeptical).

AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, the dresses are poor quality. They don't look like the pictures. Cheaply made, fit me horribly.

I won't be shopping with Sammydress again.


Update: The refund was issued, but I will still never shop with this retailer again. I am upping my rating because the customer service did finally resolve my issue, but I had one dress go out of stock from the time I put it in my cart to the time I placed my order, one that never arrived at my home because it went out of stock, the ones that arrived I was disappointed with (they didn't look quite like the pictures), the shipping is high, I don't like paying with paypal, the order process is confusing, and it took forever for my order to arrive. The retailer contacted me and asked me to update this review, but I will still never shop here again. I originally relied on reviews like this to order. Even if the retailer issues me a credit or a discount...I still won't shop because the cost of the shipping is still just too high. "
