"My order was said to be shipped out on 6/29/15...here it is 9 days later and the company that is suppose to deliver it (DHL) says that they have not received my package yet???? Huh? If it was shipped out DHL Airmail Registered on 6/29; how do they not have it on 7/7? So, who was it shipped to? When will I receive it? Why does Customer Service not answer the phone? This is a business and the voicemail box is full....seems like "Sammy Dress" are avoiding a lot of people. I should not have received a delivery date that was NO WHERE close to correct. If it would have said 3 week delivery, at least then I would know when to expect delivery/ Right now I have NO IDEA!!! Where are my items? OR my refund?

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. All the XL tops I ordered are way to small- dont even fit my daughter who wears a medium. Have contacted company over 5 times . Requested I send pics with tape measure around garment. Did it but never would complete the send to the address they gave.

"NEVER EVER order from SammyDress. They want to refund me $15 when I paid $100. I needed the whole order refunded. NO WAY! You have to do everything through email, the phone number they have listed does not work - it says "it is offline". Every time you get an emailed response from a representative it always someone different asking the same stupid question - please send a picture measuring the clothing and identifying where the measurements are wrong. Clearly it is poor service - the measurements have nothing to do with why it does not fit my body type. I will not take a measuring tape to the items that are also poor quality. The threading was coming out on everything, there were stains and glue spots, and the pictures of what you are ordering are not accurate. Two of my items look nothing like the picture. I will also probably have my credit card canceled that I used to make this purchase because this site is all around sketchy and I am sure I will probably have fraud charges shortly. I am a HUGE online shopper and NEVER had issues like these with a refund. At first I only wanted an EXCHANGE because I thought the clothes were cute, I just wanted different sizes/pieces that were not stained and falling apart. They could not accommodate that and wanted to refund me $15... I paid more for the SLOW shipping!"
"I will not buy from Sammy dress. again. I wrote them one day after receiving my order to let them know it was not the right size. You could also see straight through one of the dresses I ordered and you are not suppose to wear slips with this type or dress not this time of the year. I paid $48.00. Asked me send a picture of the item and a measuring tape of my size. they do have on the website that you can return your items in a 30 day warranty. Check again and see they just offer you 14 day warranty and do not want to give your money back. the offered $7.00 to put in my Sammy dress wallet. If if wanted it refunded to me I only get $6.00. back. I sent in my ticket and never received a response for a RMA number. They still have not sent me a RMA number to return my Items. There is no way to call to talk to anyone about your order. This is a scam of taking customers money. I expected much better service from Sammy dress. why should i have to go through measuring my self and sending to Sammy dress including pictures of my self?"

Further to my review on my previous order of 1 tote bag + 4 retro bags which were not satisfactorily received, Sammy Dress had apologised and acted promptly in giving me a refund for the tote bag.
This matter has been amicably resolved and I would like to thank them for the refund. Sammy Dress has acted responsibly and I would not hesitate to continue patronizing the stores as the items are cheap and attractive. Just wish the shipping costs would be lower though.
