"NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!...They sent clothes that do not fit and will not take a refund. I did what I was told to do by writing the company and accepted a "ticket number", They refused to accept the "unworn" items back that I cannot fit and the quality is very poor. The breast pads are not in the correct place, the size is too small. It is not the standard American size and the material is stretched and out of proportion. I attempted to call but the number given does not work and the only person you can connect with is the person who is available for "presale purchases" only and will not help you. I have spent over 150 dollars on clothes that I cannot fit and will not be able to receive a refund. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! IF you want to call it that. They are available to you "before" your purchase and once you have received the poor quality clothing and goods afterwards, they vanish WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I have had a pretty good experience with Sammy Dress. From what I have order the products seemed to be of good quality for the price I paid them for. There sizes do run small, so I would make sure to get your measurements taken from a friend or family member. I'm a medium or a Large in shirts in the US, and I have to order a xl or a 2xl. Some of their one size fits all items fit will on me, but these items are baggy to begin with usually.
Shipping can be slow since it's coming from china, and their customer support is pretty quick at answering questions. "

"Sammy Dress is terrible. I order multiple items from them, 1 item never shipped, and the other items are too small. Nothing fits, i have submitted 3 tickets and i have not yet heard back from anyone. THeir U.S customer line is always busy, and when it does ring, an answering machine hangs up on you.

"Nothing to do but laugh at the quality of clothing. I ordered a pair of Large pants and when they arrived almost a month later they were maybe a size small and the crotch seam was so crooked that when I put them on it felt like they were twisted and one leg was longer than the other. The material was something between cheap silk and polyester, like pajama material but cheaper.
I also order a purse. It looked lovely but the zipper fell of the first time I used it. "

"Hi there, I have had nothing but great experiences with sammydress. The material is very soft and well made. I was so excited when my shipments came in and even more ecstatic when i got so many compliments on my clothes! Every time I wear anything from sammydress it never fails for me to be complimented. I also let people know where i got my clothes. My only suggstion is to buy at least 1-2 sized bigger, since they run in Asian sizes, which they explain clearly on their products. I have only recieved one piece of clothing that did not fit, but i knew i was chancing it in the first place. But, i was able to give it to a friend and she loves it just as much as i love the other things i order. For how far away the clothes come from the shipping is fast and packaged nicely. I will continue to order from sammydress in the near future, and cant wait to refill my closet with these clothes and get rid of all my old lame clothes. I love sammydress!!!!!

"Refund received this date as promised. Complaint closed with them. In fairness to this company, They have as of today's date, June 30th and as a result of the negative review written on this website, they have agreed to refund me for the order within 5-7 days. They appear to be very concerned about their company reviews and have arranged to rectify my situation. I am much happier with this and hope that they follow through. Perhaps, I just had a poor employee when attempting to return my articles. Based on many other reviews, their company is decent so I will change my initial rating since my situation has improved since the original complaint was written.. It is just unfortunate that I had to resort to this to get action. I assume the original employee was out of line. Original complaint follows: Horrible company, I placed an order for six products and paid 35.00 for their quick shipping. Only received partial order. Everything was poor quality and sizing was wrong, Everything is smaller than listed on their sizing charts and do NOT look like products on the models. I had to pay duty and taxes (which is acceptable) but also had to pay additional monies to the shipping company for processing of order when it arrived. I tried to return two products and followed their instructions to a "T". Enclosed pictures of the items along with pictures of original packaging with pictures of the sku #s and so forth. They had the nerve to write back and say the sku's don't match the clothing in the pictures so they won't refund. They did offer me $2.00 us funds. as compensation or told be to send articles back paying for shipping again and they would charge a restocking fee and I would therefore be in the whole. I am infuriated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I live in Canada and am extremely sorry I ever did this. So far, I have spent around $130.00 and have no use for the junk they sent and no way of recouping monies. Expensive lesson to learn. Contrary to their response below indicating they have sent me another email addressing this issue since I posted this review, I have not received any further correspondence. June 30th...situation is being rectified by the company, Thank Goodness, The customer service was initially poor, but as of today, I do believe it has exceeded my expectation. Sorry this is so wordy but have been trying to record updates as they occur. The customer service rating has went from a one to a four based on today's information, Hopefully everything goes through and complaint becomes finalized. Koodo's to the manager handling my complaint. Refund received this date. Still out the shipping but that is a chance one takes ordering online from another country."
