I purchased a cheap shirt under $10 OVER FOUR MONTHS AGO and STILL have not received the shirt or a refund.

I just keep going round and round with customer service. They make promises and close out my complaint ticket and NEVER deliver on the promise. They said they sent the parcel twice, which is hard to believe....and they have said they will refund me the money too. Months and Weeks later, no shirt and no refund either.

There is no way to Talk to Anyone. No Phone to call and No Person to talk to. Also, it is somewhat difficult to create a ticket...you sort of have to jump through hoops. Total SCAM!!"

"There's NO quality control in China. They sent me faulty merchandise. I ordered a jacket and not only were the sleeves too small to comfortably bend your elbow, but there was a tear on the outside of one of the sleeves! Now they are actually fighting me on the purchase price and I don't think I should have to **** up the shipping charge on an item that was shipped damaged, do you?!!? I guess paypal will be doing the judging on this creepy purchase. Avoid dealing with them.

The reply below; they offered me $7.00 to end the dispute. I've contacted Paypal for a full $35 refund. "

"sammydress an wonder of clothing been using sammydress for just over a month now was introduced to this site by a friend was not for using it at first as it a china based website (not being raceist) thinking it just a knock off site (only has unlienced products there not knocking off brand names but do copy designers tho ) quailtiy was an issue thinking it was gonna be very poor works man ship but after looking at my clothes i owned at the time 90% of which on the wash tag MADE IN CHINA so tried it ordered a dress for the misses and a workout t shirt for myself now this is the part sammydress may or may not like but am being honest the dress was not as the pic showed but the misses still liked it none the less but reported my concern after a few messages and a up load of a pic of the dress i receeved was offered a 20% of my costs back to use on my next order very unexpiced got my batman workout t shirt a few days later (an unleinced product but can over look that as it looks awesome) was happy as it was as the pic showed this time so stress tested it by doing a yoga work out (yes am a dude that does yoga its awesome) no tering or coming away at the seems unlike some of the branded workout t shirts i have bought delivery costs are cheap for normal faster methods are costly they off insurece of delivers and tracking (at an extra cost) and now a bit of bad news the return poilcy isn't the best as u would expeced from a site based in china but u get 30 days FROM DELIVERY RECEEVED not sent to return ur item but u well have to cover postage (mored then likely costing u more then u paid for the item) and will be refunded when they receeve ur returned item (so if u are returning go recorded know it'll add cost but u'll know they got it) but if u have a problem like mine with the dress not as pic showed or simlier contact customer support am sure they will work out a solotion with you if u aren't gonna return the item lastly i would like to add READ PRODUCT REVIEWS first before u buy (customers can and are recamended to review there items with pic uploads as well) i say this as i could have avoided my dress problum by doin so but my misses wouldn't have a nice dress so work out for me getting me cookie points (wink wink) would very much advice to use this site if ur wanting cheap n good quility clothing try it out they may shocked at wat u get in a good way "
