"I recently wrote an more than unfavorable review about this company and everything that I encountered was true. Being that I did not receive my product in a timely manner (so much so, I thought I never would) and didn't receive prompt answers to my inquires...However, although it took a lot of time, effort and persistence they made good on what they said. They shipped my product out addressed my concerns and gave me a refund for my troubles. I would say that is the first step in good faith and shows at minimum a bit of concern about its customers."

"I never shopped online for clothes before, but then I found Sammy Dress. Their website is very easy to use, colorful, with great deals all the time, and I have no issue finding the items that I want. They have a great variety of items, from clothes to hair accessories, for really good prices. At first I was a little concerned as to why the prices are so low and what quality the products were, but I noticed that the items had good reviews so I decided to try it out.

The very first item I ordered was a swimsuit last summer. For the low price, I didn't expect much BUT I was nicely surprised! The quality of the product is great, it fits really well (thanks to the size chart that Sammy Dress provided, I able to choose the right one), and the shipping time was relatively short as well. I decided to continue shopping through Sammy Dress. I recently bought a sweater. Once again, I received what I paid for. Nice quality product and short delivery time.

Their customer service is also worth mentioning. One time I was worried why one of the items I ordered wasn't shipped on time. I sent them an e-mail and they replied the next day, explaining the situation and apologizing for the delay. The item was shipped the following day and I received it in no time!

"This site is a scam!!! Stay away unless you want to throw away your money. I ordered 4 shirts and got 3. Out of what I got, 2 shirts are made of very POOR material and do not look anything like what was described on their website. The only one that was hood was extremely small size. I paid a total of $54 and the invoice from China had $12. "

"I ordered three things and paid for tracking. I never received tracking and it took 3 weeks for delivery, which would have been fine except one item was missing. Upon contact, they simply said that it was shipped separately which was not in my shipping profile. Another 3 weeks, no tracking AND when it arrived, even though I ordered and extra large because it's a sweatshirt, it wouldn't fit a ten year old girl! I have contacted them 3 times, asking for an exchange or refund or something. They have not responded, as promised in their 'Will reply within 24 hours' caption. This company is a serious rip off. If they had even attempted a return, I would have accepted it but nothing! Therefore, I refuse to deal with them. I don't like thieves!

"For a company to ask for a color picture of my ID and a copy of my credit card is ridiculous. I have called multiple times and the line was always busy. I submitted a ticket , waiting to get a reply. I have also filed a discrepancy with my credit card holder. All I want is them to cancel my order because it says it is still processing due to me not verifying my paymnet by sending those copies. But they sure have taken the money. I expect this to be fixed quickly. This is identity theft at its simplest. "
