"I LOVE Sammydress. I'm a bit surprised at all of the negative reviews about their service, actually. So here's my honest and genuine assessment.

First, the products themselves. I honestly think some of them are hit or miss; I can't say I loved every dress that I got. The material is a little thin on some of them, but they are definitely still cute and acceptable for summer wear. Furthermore, the quality of material is surprisingly high on other items, and the material is much thicker than I would have guessed. Regardless, I would say that on the whole, their products are definitely cute, and some might even need a little TLC, but the reviews on the site definitely help. Still, all my cutest dresses are from them, and I'm constantly complimented on them! Plus, for that price point, it's a pretty good deal.

Second, shipping. I always pay for expedited shipping (because it's only ever $5 more at most, and sometimes it's even less than standard shipping). When I first shopped at Sammydress, I didn't, and it definitely did take about a month for me to receive my items (I'm in the U.S.). However, with expedited shipping, I generally have my items in a week to a week and a half. So yes, shipping does take a little while, but expedited shipping is usually pretty good (it seems to be more worth it with bigger orders, as that's when the prices seem to be roughly the same.)

As far as their customer service goes, I've had it happen where I'm missing items from my order. They've always apologized profusely, sent the item to me asap, and always with expedited shipping. I would say their customer service has been pretty great to me.

All in all, I really love their site and will definitely continue shopping there."

"Sammy Dress is very distasteful and unorganized. I ordered a few items and only half of them showed up, then when I reached out to customer service they told me my items were out of stock. That was over a month ago and I have yet to receive a refund or my items and no one seems to be able to tell me when I will. Also, one item that did show up did not match the description at all! It was made of low quality material and so were a few other items. Sammy Dress gets over on people and has poor management and quality. its a 50/50 chance you will be pleased."

"I wouldn't even give this company a one star rating. They didn't ship when they said they were going to ship. it took 3 weeks longer to get the dresses then expected, the tracking was hard to track. The dresses were nothing like what was stated in the pictures. They were also very small. I ordered a size M, L, and XL. They were all pretty much the same size. Very icky material and quality. Customer service number is not helpful. He kept telling me my items had not shipped, when I got email saying they did ship. He kept repeating himself and saying the same over like he wasn't understanding anything I said. Then told me to call back. Called back and they told me the items shipped there was nothing there could do to call back once items were received. We received the items. Were too discussed to try and send back. "1. Shipping charges are astronomical - $28 shipping charge on 5 items that came wadded up in a soft side envelop.

2. Sizes run EXTREMELY small. One dress I ordered, packaged and tagged as a 2X, is 14 inches across from hip to hip! My daughter is a size 8 and can't even get it over her head.

3. Quality is abysmal. Two of the dresses I ordered are like flimsy silk Halloween costumes.
