And that one thing that didn't fit me was part of my first order so I didn't take measurements and just tried guessing. "Ordered the cutest shirt from sammydress.com, after over two weeks went by and I realized I didn't have it, I pulled up the tracking only to see that I apparently signed for my package two days ago? No. I never received my order and of course their customer service phone is "busy" every time I try to call. I don't recommend shopping with them and I won't be doing it again myself. Lesson learned!"

"So I decided to make a small order, a couple tops and a handbag. I'm so glad I did and will again. My advice is to ignore sizes (as SammyDress state again and again, this is an asian website and therefore they use asian sizing standards) and just follow the actual measurements. I am six feet tall and 38/29/38, if I can order clothes from this site that fit, anyone can.

My stuff went from cart to letterbox in 19 days, which is pretty good considering it comes from the opposite side of the planet. The shipping cost I agree is a little high but honestly when I did the math it just meant each item averaged out at about $2 more, and still way cheaper than anything I'll buy down the street. My questions were answered by customer service always within 12 hours."

"I placed a rather large order that cost me around $450 after paying EIGHTY dollars for expedited shipping. I am a little confused why I paid for expedited shipping which is supposed to take 3-4 days for processing and its been over a week and the status on the site still says the status is processing. I ordered some specific items I needed for job interviews which now I see I clearly will not be receiving on time if they haven't even PROCESSED my order. If you are going to run a business in such a manner, at least provide honesty. Not only that, but my paypal account has been charged and the site lists the following for around 50 items:

I am extremely frustrated and annoyed and have messaged the company but to no avail. I feel as though I have been scammed, or am dealing with a company that does not care about their customers. Either way, I would like some information on my order or a full refund. I still want these items but not if I will not be receiving them for a month. I was told I was paying for 3-4 days processing and 3-4 days shipping. Realistically I would assume a two week wait in total at the longest taking into account non-business days. However if the order hasn't been processed yet I can't imagine how long I will be waiting.

It says to wait up to 48 hours for my review to show so by this company's standards I imagine this review won't be visible to the public until around November."

"found that their sizings are all out of wack - ordered two sizes larger for tops and still far, far too small. also could not get an email back to them to complain. Web sites take you no-where and the information asked for when trying to send an email got rejected every time. Managed, after lots of time and frustration to get an email off and four days later still have no reply - customer service is totally lacking. Have returned items for full refund and am now waiting to see what happens with that.

"First of all, I am a real person not someone that is paid by SAMMYDRESS to write this review. I made the mistake of placing my first order with SAMMYDRESS before I read any reviews. In a way I am happy that I placed the order and was unable to cancel it before it shipped.
I was very worried after reading the reviews and tried to cancel the order. It had already shipped!! So much for the people that had written bad reviews about shipping problems. I figured it was my loss.

I not only received the order faster than some mailed from right here in the USA but the items are just what I wanted and are perfect.

I would like to publicly apologize for my distrust of this company. They gave prompt service/shipping and the quality of the item I ordered is perfect.

Everything I have gotten has been amazing and I love every item I have received. Not just for my self but the gifts too. I haven't had any problems with anything so far. "I ordered 3 tops from them, not realizing at the time that they were coming from China and would take 42 days to get to me. I just received them and one of the tops had a stain on it that I will not wear. I have tried unsuccessfully to get through on the CA number (constant busy tone) and when I try to fill out a customer service report, it is not accepted. Of course, they took payment through PayPal soon after the order was placed. I will never order from them again and will persist until I get a credit (which was not much at all, but it is the horrible customer service that annoys me!"

"I finally started getting my stuff from Sammy Dress. This is my second negative review of Sammy Dress. ALL of the items are a disappointment. I ordered several hats, one of which never came, the others were all crushed. They folded them up and stuffed them in the smallest package they could find. Two of the dresses came. I used their size chart and ordered a XL in both dresses. One dress has a bust measurement of 30" and the other one has a bust measurement of 34"--neither of which is an XL. I have contacted Sammy Dress about both of these items and they have not responded to me. I will never buy anything else from them. BEWARE!!!"
