"I had to reach out to the customer support team a couple teams as I was having trouble installing my products. I own an old iMac that will not update to any of the latest MacOS operating systems so the product I purchased could not be installed in my computer as it required as newer operating system. The support team representative was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to issue a refund for the product right on the spot and told me which Office product was the right one for my computer. 10/10. "I lost 2 frustrating hours trying to resolve why the MS Access version I'm required to use for work would no longer accept new data. I renamed files, emailed my work contact who was able to use it no problems, unistalled / reinstalled the program 2 times and reloaded all original files, without any resolve.
Jumped on chat and Daniel had me repaired within 10 minutes. EXCELLENT job Daniel, thank you.

"The motherboard failed on my wife's computer which had all her stuff on it. After getting another computer and transferring the HDD over, Microsoft required re-activation which failed and their support team could not help in any way. They basically called me a liar when I explained there only was one copy of the OS running on one machine. Their explanation was they no longer support Win 7 anyway. I never asked for support, only legitimate activation. In any event, a new software license was purchased from the SavOnIt store, which worked perfectly. Another Microsoft problem solved. Many thanks."
