Its multi-step process is confusing, with little instruction, and, worst of all, you don't actually know what you're getting until you download the product and then get the 'this is what you bought and here are the restrictions' notice. It's about as close to 'bait and switch' as Microsoft can get away with and still stay in business."

"I do not like leaving negative reviews. However, I have downloaded and installed the office product I purchased 9 times. Each time it says installation was successful, but, when I try to open it, it says I do not have a license and it offers for me to purchase the product again. I have made sure I am using the correct email address. I did live chat for support without resolution. My Mac said it suspected malware on the product. I did not realize I was not purchasing directly from Microsoft. When I asked for my money back from Joe who was live chatting with me, he respectfully said no. He did ask for remote access to my computer to install it for me. However, with repeated malware alerts, realizing this is not the Microsoft company, and continued failed attempts, I did not trust him to have access to my computer. I guess it's just a loss that I can't do anything about. I've now cancelled my credit card to protect myself from further fraudulent activity."
