"Initial purchasing was easy. I received a Thank You email immediately, then waited for the download link and Product Key. Paypal notified me that payment went through. More waiting. After an hour, I did an online chat and waited in queue, and waited. After replying to an email asking if I had any questions or problems installing, I did finally get the download link - more than 2 hours later. Installation was seamless, and I'm on my way now."
