"I purchased two Microsoft products and was unable to download onto my computer. I contact Savonit via email and on chat. Both ask me to send a screenshot of my purchase. I recieved no response after in both cases. I attempted again today and was informed (through text) I could not receive a refund for either because they show I downloaded them. I am shocked at the lack of compassion for my situation. It is very clear by looking at my account that I purchased the two products at the same. One wouldn't work so I tried another. We are not tech savvy. If I had known this information up front (not in fine print) then I would have not chosen this path. I do not have the money to waste and now have no use for these products. The last tech person suggested I sell these to someone. OK, I would like to sell them to Savonit. Quite disturbing. "

"Daniel was invited to my screen where he helped me identify the problem of why I could not download the Microsoft Office after I had upgraded my OS (Mac). He reprogram some commands and then made it so that the proper license reflected my newly purchase Microsoft Office version. I was frustrated after nearly 3 hours of downtime. Now to get all caught up thanks to Daniel. They even refunded me a discount on a coupon that the web would not honor. What a great company to purchase from."

"I repeatedly asked my salesperson if MS Home and Business 2019 (or 2016) for Mac would work with OS 10.13.6. I was told multiple times it would. And everytime I tried to download it wouldn't. The prompt "You need OS 10.14 to download..." kept appearing. Before this, I followed the instructions to uninstall my previous version of MS Office. Thank God I had a back up so I could restore important email files or I would have been really distraught. I asked for a refund but was told I couldn't receive one because I used the code. So, now I'm out $140 AND I don't have MS Office. (Oh yeah, and the discount code I was initially given didn't work...) Someone else reached out to me to help but it would take multiple steps to get it right (or, maybe get it right). Frustrating."
