"My first orders with the company was fine. Items were perfect. However, all orders in March 2021 and April 2021 of same products ordered in 2020 were great in quality. Yes, they tried to correct by sending me a replacement, but not much of a replacement if the silk bells of Ireland have same moldy black spots in them."

"I ordered dried flowers that were sold as orange they showed up brown. I ordered moss branched that was falling apart I ordered a lantern that the metal was separating at the seam and other flowed that smelled awful and was broken. Customer service refused to return items that were clearly not new or not what I ordered then sent the wrong color and told me colors vary they don’t have control. Well if you sell a flower as orange and you sent brown flowers then that’s a issue. Customer has been AWFUL... BUYER BEWARE "
"I placed an order of many candles for an event. The candles never arrived in time for my event, so I had fedex return them from facility. They still charged me for shipping even thought they were unable to get them to me in the time they said they would. Will never use them again. "
"I purchased the Dried White Statice Flowers (Item # 40099910255) and Natural Dried Lavender 20 inch 120 Stems (Item# 40099905770). When the flowers arrived I was very disappointed. The "White" statice flowers were actually yellow. Not a pretty yellow, the kind of yellow that something white turns when laying in a trunk in the attic for too long. The lavender had lost a ton of buds. At least a handful fell out of the bottom of the box when I opened it. I contacted customer service. I was told that the photos on the website are professional photos and are not the actual product. I asked for a refund. They said they would gladly issue me a refund if I returned the items. Well the total cost of the two items was $21.99. I spent and additional $8.99 getting them shipped to me in the first place. The post office needed $10 for me to return the package. So that would have been a total of $18.99 for shipping costs on 2 items that were misrepresented on Save on Crafts website. I didn't feel as though I should have to pay to return something that looked nothing like what I ordered. I would not buy from the seller again and I wouldn't advise any else to either. I'm just happy that I placed the order very early on so I could see what they looked like before I bought all that I needed. If I had counted on Save on Crafts to be a reliable seller I would have been left with some pretty sad looking flowers for my wedding centerpieces. "
"Intended on purchasing $275 worth of craft items for my online store. As it was to complete a large custom order, I decided to call first to ensure that the items were in stock. The initial representative did check the inventory to inform me that everything was in stock, that whatever wasn't in stock could be obtained from their retail store. GREAT! A few hours later I realized I had inquired about a ribbon size but needed the larger size so I phoned them again. This representative said that I should place my order and they would then notify me if the items were in stock or not but I explained that I the initial representative had answered my question within minutes during my initial call. She went on for 5 minutes about how they really can't do that and that I would have to pay extra for anything coming from the retail store. REALLY? I did mention that in the time it took her to instruct me to place the order and further about the retail purchases costing more.. she could have easily put me on hold and just verified everything. She did have the initial representative call me back but she also instructed me to "just place my order"... I was just trying to place an order but it seemed as if they were the one's spending the money! Of course, I received a call later to explain that they didn't have sufficient quantity of one of the items... after all that, they still couldn't get it right. I purchase over $10,000 plus in craft supplies to complete my custom orders yearly but this will be the only order I place with them... first impressions are key. "
"I have purchased from SOC in the past. I have been satisfied with my purchases and slightly shocked at the shipping costs. Was about to place an order tonight...nothing oversized, nothing breakable. "I ordered a natural tree branch from Save-on-Crafts, I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the tree branches, they are very flimsy. I'm unable to use them for an arrangment for my son's wedding. PLEASE NOTE: the company does not help you in anyway in shipping your item back. Save on Crafts charged me $17.00 to ship 2 flimsy branches, and when I went to return the item back to Save on Crafts, the shipping cost was going to be $46! I will NEVER ORDER from this company again. My advice you must be certain you will not need to make a return. "
"Well, shame on me for not reading save-on-crafts reviews before ordering. I ordered pearl white mini globe 50 ct. lights. 3 strands. UPC: 65269551343. Three of the four pictures show the lights with brown wire. One picture shows white wire. The description does not say "white wire". I ordered thinking I was getting "pearl white mini globes" with brown wire. See it for yourself.
Well, okay, I did not ask "on line" what color the wires are. Again shame on me.
My real complaint is with CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wow! And yes, I was eventually transfered to Monica, manager. I know it all filters down from the top. Short, snippy, interruptive, non-communicative, non-empathetic, in short, she is right and I am really wrong. Wow! She said, "I stand by the manufacturer", not the customer, or even her own eyeballs. Wow!

"I usually don't write reviews but this company is by far one of the worst companies I have ordered from. I ordered 6 vases and paid $20 in shipping. The vases were too small for what I needed them for so I had to return them and pay another $20 in shipping to exchange them for a bigger size. Then had to pay ANOTHER $20 bucks to order a larger size. I ended up paying $40 bucks in shipping for vases that only cost me $28. I will not purchase from them and I will tell fellow brides not to either. It is much easier to just go to a local craft store to find vases than to purchase through this company. They claim they have customer satisfaction guaranteed, but clearly they don't when I have to pay additional money to be satisfied."
"I ordered a gift for a friend's baby shower through Save On Crafts -- I had used the site in the past for home decorating supplies and had noticed darling stuffed animals and hooded towels. I used the will call service because I live within driving distance of the Save On Crafts warehouse and was overall very pleased with my purchase. My only complaint is that the stuffed animal was much smaller than anticipated. The website listed accurate dimensions, but I was fooled by the close up photo! Will most likely purchase from Save On Crafts in the future."

I contacted the company to return the products because my company is overseas they simply said that they were not responsible and to contact the shipper! However, I will state that I placed 4 orders from this online service and my good friend, who also does weddings, tried it once. We were both disappointed each and every time. All I can say is, if you had a good experience, great.. it was pure luck. One should not have to rely on luck for professional service. Errors included: Double shipping fees, when shipping fees are exorberant to begin with and surely do NOT cost the shipper 1/3 the charge; Substitued colors and fabric qualities WITHOUT being notified or asked; Broken, scratched and 'irregular' looking merchandise; Horrible, rude customer service resolutions despite having spent over $800 on an order. "I am a very satisfied customer! I placed a large order last Thursday, 6/14. Within the next hour I had a email confirmation and the very next day received another email saying my order was being shipped. I had read the negative reviews on here but really wanted the items I had found on their website. I also promised myself that if I had a positive experience I would write a review. They have some unique items and their pricing was great. Shipping was high but I took that into consideration when ordering. Well, my order arrived today exactly one week later. I am thrilled with every item I received. I ordered over 200 items including glass bottles, glass votives, easels and tin baskets and everything was in great condition. Nothing broken or dented! I will definitely order from them in the future. This isn't a fake 5 star review either. I'm a mother of the bride from the Chicago suburbs who will tell everyone I know about Save-on-Crafts!"
