"never order from save on crafts! when you place your order they claim to have the quantity in stock...but then you will receive an email two days later stating that what you have placed is in fact out of stock. but no matter b/c they have already charged your credit card with the full amount of what you ordered! instead of having the decency of verifying their inventory before charging your card like every other legit business. when i tried to call them, they are always busy. i will never order from them again. "I placed my order for their LED balloons last sunday. I received a confirmation email right a way then another telling me my order was being processed about 2 hrs later. 2 business days later I received shipping info. Today (Thursday) my order was waiting by my door. My transaction went exactly as it should the ballons are perfect. I am extremely happy with this company. Maybe I'm one of the few lucky ones, but I think that most people who have no problem don't seek out these sites to share their experience. I will probably buy from them again."

So I thought....it is now March 22nd, I still have NO product and when I looked up my tracking number, it says that it was shipped to Colorado!! I live in North Carolina...so after calling every number on their site, I finally got one that worked...when I told the girl my issue she stated that they have been having problems with shipping and things going to the wrong ppl...WHAT?!?! "Save-On-Crafts has the worst and most irresponsible customer service I have EVER experienced. It's impossible to get through to find out the status of a missing order. No one answers the phone lines. They offer a "chat" online, but don't respond to it. And they never reply to emails. Of course, they were happy to take my money, which I must now "stop payment" on my credit card. I placed an order on-line on March 3rd. Then, on March 10th, I recieved an email saying that my order "has been shiped," but it never was shipped and the tracking number they gave me was bogus. Now, for the last 3 days I have tried to trace my order and couldn't get through. Just now, after 3 days, someone answered the phone. When I told her I was a very unhappy customer and that I wanted to check the status of the order, the twit said (and get this!) "The only person who can check the status of an order is my supervisor," and then she hung up on me. So, it is now March 22 and and I cannot even get the status of an order that I placed on March 3rd, which they said was shipped (an outright lie) on March 10th. Here it is, three weeks later, and no one will even take my call to check on my order. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY."
"Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before purchasing from this company and I wish I had. I placed an order and have waited a week and a half and it hasn't even been shipped when their website states items ship within 24-48 hours! Whenever I call I am connected to a place in Illinois and am told I need to be transferred to their customer service in California. So I get transferred and no one EVER answers. I have left messages, tried the live chat, sent emails and NOTHING! I called the customer service number on their website and expressed my dissatisfaction where then she proceeded to tell me "I'm sorry, the only information I have is if your order has shipped but I can't tell you why it hasn't." Really? Isn't it your job to tell me that? She tried to tell me I need to talk to the other customer service and I told her everything that has happened and nothing got resolved. Needless to say, I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be getting a refund. So now two weeks before my wedding I have to order from somewhere else. DO NOT order from this company. Their prices may seem cheap and like a good deal, but it is not worth wasting your time and money on them! I wish I could give zero stars!"

They charge exorbitant amounts for shipping and handling. They claim that they ship within 24 hours, but my items took over two weeks to arrive. I tried several times to contact customer service, and always got put through to a call center which "could only pass along a message." They didn't reply to my emails. When I finally got the items, they were not packaged well -- one of the items was bent and another item was squashed and damaged.
They did refund half of my S&H once I complained repeatedly. I will never use this company again."
"I just received my order form Save-on-crafts. I orderes 18 large vases and 18 12" mirrors, along with various other items. Everything was packed well, and received intact. The quality is fine. The price couldn't be beat. I am very satisfied with Save-on -crafts and would recommend them if you are looking for quality items at low prices."
"I placed an order on 2/28. Their website indicates that all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. So, being that it has been 6 business days, I tried to call the company. As many have shared already, I could NOT get through to their customer service. I waited, and waited......and waited some more on the phone. About 7 minutes passed (and yes, I was watching the clock) and a man answered the phone. I explained what I needed and he said he didn't have access to my order as all they do is take orders and answer general questions. I asked why and he indicated that I was calling a call center in Illinois, not the actual company. Got it. Fine. He then said he could transfer me to the customer service rep. Great.
When I was transferred back to the company's customer service line, I immediately got transferred to the voicemail. I left a message. I have not received a call back.
I also emailed them yesterday indicating that I have not received an email with the tracking information, which, according to their website, I am supposed to get within 2-3 days of placing my order. I received two emails with tracking information this morning. However, it was a computer generated email and did not contain any answers to my other questions. Has the package shipped? Why have I not received an email? Why hasn't someone called me back? Pretty general in my opinion.
So, I made the decision to call again this morning, right when they opened at 9am PST hoping that I could get through. Didn't happen. In fact, after waiting 9 minutes this time, I was transferred to the same man I talked to yesterday!!!! How strange, and even more concerning now. What are the chances that I get the same guy?!?!
I told him how I was provided with a tracking number from the company and that the tracking info was incorrect. I have worked with UPS extensively and am no dummy with their website. I KNOW that the number was not legitimate from what information it provided. He put me on hold after getting my tracking number. He came back and said his supervisor tracked my order and it shipped out today at 12:16 3/8 (which was only a few minutes earlier when I was speaking with him). I thought that was odd and looked on the UPS site and, like I stated before, the order had not been sent out and the message indicating that my package had shipped did not come up. I then asked for his supervisor and asked her to verify the tracking number. She did, it was correct and that it shipped. I asked her what site she was on as I do not see that information in front of me. She told me that UPS only updates their website once a day. First of all, not true. Second of all, they don't just update "her" website! Come on! I am not stupid!!!! The UPS website would be updated on my if it is on hers. DUH!
She took my name and phone number and said she would leave a message having Monique call me back about my concerns.

Thankfully this is just my "practice" order before my wedding. I will gladly take my $2000 dollar wedding order and go someplace else. In this economy, you better be good at everything, ESPECIALLY customer service. I'm walking from this company and WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK!!!!!"

My experience has been the same as the majority of these reviews. 20 days from order, 3 emails, 1 voice mail request, and still no response, no order. "This company is trutly the most horrible online company I've every dealed with. My order was never received and the online live chat never works. Customer service always put you on hold. Finally you get to speak to a real person but at the same time responses like a machine. Told them that the order was never received and my wedding is 9 days away. Reprsentative simplly said "no we can't send out any replacement or do anything until the investigation with UPS is done, which will take 8 to 10 days". They've gotten the most terrible customer service on earth. I know their low prices are really attractive but just remember one thing what you paid for will never by received and you get no customer support at all. Losing money is not the biggest problem but ended up having your most important events in life ruined forever."

So I called the customer support number.But I had to hear the recorded message forever. Finally I could talk with some operator on live-chat.They said some of my items were not available so my order was not been processed yet. But everything were shown as "in-stock" on their web site,when I placed my order. I just wish they could have let me know if there was some issue causing to slow down my order process.They never apologized. This is very poor customer service.They said my shipment would be shipped within 24-48 hours.I just hope the things are in good conditions at least,
otherwise I'll have to have another hassle to return them.

"I LOVE THEM! They have incredible deals on everything! I thought it was too good to be true, but I gave it a shot and put in an order for a mix of feather trim. I ordered 5 different kinds, they were such great deals! I placed my order on 2/8/11 and received my package today on 2/10/11! So happy with the results and that I saved a lot!
My only bug was that when I had some confusion with placing my order, I called their number and the lady who answered said she could not help me, she suggested I do their "Live Chat" (which I did, twice) but I never got a response. So sorta bummed me out, but they definitely redeemed themselves by the great prices and the speedy delivery! Can't wait to shop with them again!
