"The Venezia espresso machine arrived earlier than expected. It's condition is as new as new can be. It was packaged well. We had ordered three of these machines from Amazon, advertized as being "new." Each had a serious defect and were returned. It's hard to believe that these machines were new since the defects were pretty bad.
