I ordered a grinder Then discovered on their site that the grinder I ordered and an espresso machine that I was planning on purchasing in the future they offered in a combo deal. I asked them could I still get the deal and buy the espresso machine at a price that would equal the combo price, They said yes and couldn't have been more helpful. Just know that the free shipping is kinda slow. But its free. That's actually UPS's fault. They will hold an order so that its delivered on the scheduled delivery date instead of going ahead and making the delivery. Overall I am a happy camper!"

When originally buying my Via Venezia, we drove from Blaine to Lynwood to visit their store in person, after having done extensive research online. The store has a great presentation, is well organized, and carries a vast array of machines to choose from. The staff was awesome to interact with, and again, was very knowledgeable.
