The espresso machine was received in great condition. The unit exceeds my expectations. Only downfall is the hottest setting on the unit does not get the coffee piping hot. When I called asking questions about the Saeco the 2 persons I spoke with were not very knowledgeable about the unit and were fairly vague. All in all great experience and would use SCG again."

But when I called customer service, they happily canceled the grinder and gave me a refund, so they handled a bad situation extremely well. Very friendly. Would do business again!"

"They are service oriented and deliver quickly. They certainly know the coffee business and their videos are excellent. Their products are expensive and usually top of the line. The two go together so no complaint there. Some of their drip coffee makers are ridiculously expensive for what they do. But one doesn't have to buy them either."
