"The website is very confusing! When you try to purchase a policy, you get an error message about your account setup, and you are not allowed to move forward with your purchase. The system never tells you to go check your email for a login prompt to complete your transaction! I found the email later, and was able to complete the purchase. It wasn't a great start , and it makes me worry about future communication with this company. "
