Pain in the **** to do, not sure that I would recommend this to anyone

"I do not understand why I have to purchase insurance for my son's school computer, and provide information which I do not have, for the computer was taken back from him at the end of the school year for unknown reasons. He still has the case, and the charger for the computer, just not the computer, even though I was lead to believe that it was to be his to use for as long as he is a student in the Milford Public School system. I guess I will find out what is going on once the school year starts, and find out if he is getting his computer back, or if I have just purchased a policy for which he has no use for. if he does not have a computer for his use. "

Website needs work

"When we add a second device plan it wipes out the info we entered for the first deviice. Then when we enter in the payment and address information and it does lookup, the screen refreshes and wiped out the info on the devices again and had to be RE .entered"

"dont ever buy this warranty .i purchage insurance with this company and i set up automatic 3 pay month and after 2 month and haft later i got bad luck cause i went to shopping and moved alot of stuff in my car so i left it somewhere in that shoping mall parking lot i think so untill i when home and next days find out i lost it there then i found a claim and this guy ask me bring the receipt fax it to them and have to get the report from the police and i talk with the police officer but he said i can not report because my ipad not been stolent.then i went home talked with this guy name Alex .he said he will submit it .thay day is wed.and then i wait untill the tuesday of next week didnt here anything or email ....then i call and emails .he said he will see the claim and he will answer it next day for me.... early nextday moring he email me that the claim will not aproved cause i purchage the ipad on 11-5-2011 and i bought this insurance on april 18 2012. that why the claim not been approve but the still sell the insurance for me with lost and stolen .....he told me that should buy new ipad and tranfer it to my insurance i let every body lnow dont ever buy from this insurance..........after a week since i filed a claim .they refund my money back and they chage me for 3moths warranty .thats why like i said this company so bad ..... Dont Ever Buy from this company .im feel so sorry for the people put them on 5 star cause they will happen with you guy when you guy file a claim with them . you will get pay nothing....dont waist your time and your money .trust me"

“Your claim was denied as you purchased a warranty that you were not eligible for. Our site clearly indicates the Eligibility Requirements under "Buy This Warranty". You purchased warranty and file a claim. We had a difficult time communicating with you as well in trying to explain. It is your responsibility to read the eligibility requirements before purchasing the warranty which is clearly stated. Your warranty was cancelled and your money was refunded.”

SN Is Soooooooo Small I Couldn't Read It

"I had to fill in the serial number of my son's Chromebook and it was so small that I couldn't read it. Character sizes are approximately 1 millimeter high. Other than needing to use my cell phone camera and zoom in to read the serial number, smooth process."
