"Wow. What a disaster. Bought a warranty on 4/16. Checked on 5/2. Still was not showing, although my card was charged $139 on 4/16. Sent two emails. Got a response two days later. One general email, basically stating I'm an idiot, and I don't have a warranty. Then I sent an email with a copy of my bill, and then they said it was my fault because I didn't do a second step. Said they would fix. One business day later, still showing I don't have a warranty. Then, a customer rep called me at 5:30 in the morning! I was appalled. No apology, no service. It's not worth the money saved. I'm keeping my warranty at Sprint. What a joke this company is. Clowns.
UPDATE 5/17. So, received follow up customer call. They offered a $50 dining certificate and 2 Fandango tickets. I agreed, and said I was willing to try again. Then, they refunded my money through Google, and stated "Customer failed to follow directions" for the reason for refund. So, wow! Was willing to try again, and was impressed at offer. Then when I followed up, they sent me a general statement, which was a copy/paste. So much for 2nd chances!"
