"Tried to purchase per instruction from my son's school. The exact model isn't in the dropdown. After I completed the top part of the page about my son & the laptop, I got kicked out 4 times when conforming my email address. Gave up had to try on another computer. When I tried to pay by e-check, I entered and submitted my information & a popup box came up telling me that my card number, expiration date and CVV were required. Tried that a couple of times with no luck. Gave up and just used a credit card. Really annoying for 22 bucks."

"During checkout, I had to agree to "Terms and Conditions" but I could not find any terms and conditions. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the inability to review the exact language, coverage details, and terms (as opposed to just marketing statements) of the actual insurance policy before purchasing it. You could do a better job of clarifying where the line between mechanical failure and accidental damage is in terms of coverage. Examples: If I carry my laptop in a backpack and the hinge is damaged while wearing the backpack, would that fall under the extended warranty plan or would I also need to have accidental damage? In general, is damage resulting from normal usage (no drops, spills) covered by the extended warranty plan? Does opening the system and/or upgrading the RAM myself void my extended warranty? All of this information needs to be available to consumers before purchase."

I had only one issue I didn't have a receipt he made it effortless for me to get coverage with some snaps and photos.... highly recommend these guys just for the customer service that I received. "
