Outside of not being able to find a contractor to file my claim with, the company has been good. So I rate Somewhat Satisfied because they have tried to get me a contractor.
Now it is left up to me. I have to find a contractor and submit my claim for reimbursement. Wait isn't that what I would do had I not paid for a years worth of service.
I may or may not get a reimbursed for the charges, that is yet to be seen.
The Sales Department assured me there were many contractors in my area that work with Select Home Warranty.

"The customer service rep. contacted me about my payment and having it auto-drafted. I advised I did not want my payments auto-drafted and asked if I could make them online. He advised that option wasn't available but certainly I could call bacl and a rep. would be happy to take my payment over the phone. I advised him I had not received my policy. He confirmed my email address to find that 1 letter had been omitted which was why I had not received the soft copy and he immediately emailed it to me. A great start to the business day!"
