"Jim from the renewal department told me everything I wanted to hear and promised me if I renewed that if I was not satisfied (as I have had them for a year and had not filed any claims) that he would make it right and if he couldn't then he would make sure I was not charged the $75 cancellation fee. Well I finally had to file a claim and even though the policy said it covered the part they said that due to electrical issues they could not cover it. No matter what I did or said they did not want to honor their policy and when I called Jim back and told him I was not satisfied and I wanted to cancel. What do you know he went back on what he said and told me that it was not up to him if I got charged the $75 fee. He lied to me just to get me to renew. Trust me you do not want to go with this company. Not only were they unprofessional but were smug about not waiving the fee. Also the contractor they sent out was subpar. Oh and I hope you never have to deal with Edward for the retention department. He will do nothing but talk over you and tell you everything he can't do regardless of what you ask or say. "
