"I hired SMTS after talking to a wonderful customer expert on selling my timeshare in Hawaii. After spending twice as much from a company that bellied up after taking my money, i was very discouraged until SMTS and I talked on the phone. The cost was half as much and the after a few tries, my advertisement had to readjusted to accommodate accurate information of my timeshare. It took about 9 months to find the correct buyers who was seriously interested in purchasing my Timeshare, afterwards, SMTS then handed the sell to its own "timeshare closing brokers". There was some costs associated with the closing but the entire process was seamless, meaning we used electronic signatures, emails and a FEDX document of my final signed title document for the new buyers. The only hiccup was that the Hawaii title company did not send me a FedX shipping label until I complained but the time that I received one, i had already purchased one from USPS as 2-day shipping and knew it arrived exactly 2-days.
